- Utilize your knowledge of construction plumbing to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely while demonstrating mechanical knowledge throughout tasks.
- Execute pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as needed for various plumbing projects.
- Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their plumbing needs.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing or related maintenance person roles, showcasing your ability to handle diverse tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations and repairs.
Preferred qualifications
