Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices
• Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with food handling procedures
• Support quick service operations by managing cashier duties, food assembly, and order accuracy
• Ensure proper food safety protocols are followed during all stages of food preparation and serving
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as food prep, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Previous restaurant or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
