Position: Crew Member – Closing Shift

We're looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our closing crew. Closing shift employees play an essential role in ensuring the restaurant finishes the day strong and is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and take pride in leaving things better than you found them, we'd love to have you join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Dunkin' standards
• Operate the front counter and drive-thru with speed and accuracy
• Restock products and maintain organized workstations throughout the shift
• Complete closing cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Wash dishes and maintain clean equipment
• Break down and clean food preparation areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day's opening

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Shift Availability

• Closing shifts typically begin between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM (We can be flexible for start hours if later is needed) and end after closing duties are completed
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling offered
