Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter by providing detailed product information on tires and automotive parts
- Manage inventory control and stocking of tires and parts to ensure product availability and organization
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales transactions
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up support
- Collaborate with the service team to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and vehicle maintenance recommendation
Experience
- Proven dealership or retail experience in automotive parts sales and tire sales required
- Strong knowledge of tires and what is best for vehicle and conditions
- Experience with POS software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Familiarity auto parts ordering
- Previous experience in customer service roles within a tire retail environment is advantageous
