Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming salon experience.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle booking inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and manage deposits.
- Enforce salon policies professionally and firmly.
- Manage daily appointment flow and support stylists as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required (salon or hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and scheduling systems.
Schedule:
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week.
- Saturday availability is required.
- Shifts range, earliest starting at 9:30 AM and latest ending at 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Flexible availability for mornings and evenings preferred.

- This is an on-site position (not remote)
