RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-up communications with prospective customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and help drive showroom traffic.
• Build relationships with potential customers and provide a positive first impression of Smithtown Kia.
• Follow up with showroom visits to maximize appointment opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Is outgoing, energetic, organized, and customer-focused.
• Has strong follow-up skills and enjoys connecting with people.
• Is comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems.
• Is motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential.
