Job Description
We are hiring a reliable, experienced laborer for a growing excavation, drainage, and hardscape company based in East Tennessee.
Must have hands-on experience with:
- Drainage installation (French drains, catch basins, culverts, pipe installation, and water management)
- Retaining wall installation (block systems, base preparation, leveling, and backfill)
- Grading and site preparation
- Using lasers, levels, and compactors
- Operating excavation equipment (skid steer and excavator experience is a plus)
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands how to properly install drainage systems, build retaining walls, and complete projects safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
