Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Package products according to customer and company requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Load, unload, and move materials using material-handling equipment and tools.
- Perform local product pick-ups and deliveries using a company box truck.
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and keep work areas organized.
- Support production operations through part cleaning, deburring, polishing, and other shop-related tasks.
- Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping standards while contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
