Clean Room Operator Trainee - 1st & 2nd Shift Available

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Clean Room Operator Trainee to join the team. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the clean room.

1st Shift - 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM with $1.00 shift differential

Job Description

• Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner.
• Performs cleanliness testing using solvent.
• Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven.
• Performs microscope and other forms of inspection.
• Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness.
• Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
• Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
