Anticipated part-time position for SY26-27 contingent on continued grant funding. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and provide direct math instruction to identified students.
- Administer academic assessments for the purpose of evaluating students progress in meeting academic learning targets.
- Gather, organize and interpret assessment data on Title I identified students.
- Utilize best practice instructional strategies and research-based intervention curriculum materials to meet the learning needs of identified Title I students.
- Model the use of intervention strategies, through their use in the classroom, to general and special education teachers.
- Regularly collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and the principal.
- Serve on the building level MTSS team. Provide leadership for these meetings in collaboration with the building administrator.
- Maintain accurate student records, parent communication records and student progress data reports as required by Title I law and district policy.
- Provide a nurturing, supportive, and positive learning environment with high expectations.
- Facilitate frequent and effective homeschool communication, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the principal.
