Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Transportation, Distribution, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Customer Success to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with IT to evaluate and implement new technologies and process enhancements.
- Support special projects and duties as assigned by leadership.
- Identify and facilitate process improvements aligned with key business goals.
- Perform and evaluate economic analyses to support project recommendations.
- Support initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
- Oversee project performance, ensuring timely completion and achievement of goals.
- Lead or support training initiatives related to continuous improvement.
- Track and audit project outcomes to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
- Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may act as a lead by providing training and guidance to supply chain team members.
