RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
1. Performs a variety of duties to ensure the proper administration of detention charges relating to pick-up and/or delivery of freight by doing the following:
a) Monitoring the detention program.
b) Sending detention notifications to customers.
c) Processing detention events.
d) Communicating with Driver Managers and Customer Service Representatives regarding detention events.
e) Handling customer inquiries concerning detention events.
Must be able to demonstrate: communication and phone skills, team player, data entry skills
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
