Bachelor’s degree or higher & 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering required. Management experience preferred.
- Understanding of and implementation of ISO 9001, ATEX, IRIS, and other Statutory/Regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical inspection methods.
- Strong understanding in APQP, FMEAs, Control Plans, Statistical Methods, Measurement Systems Analysis and Product Part Approval Process.
- Proficiency in conducting External/Internal auditing
- Highly skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical/technical drawings and routings.
- Situationally appropriate and tactful communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor team members
