Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing legal documents in litigation matters, managing communications, providing administrative support to attorneys, maintaining organized records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with daily office tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual able to efficiently balance administrative duties with legal-specific tasks in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Litigation and experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficient in office software
- Previous experience in a law office or legal environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
