We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, including calculating wages, preparing tax documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for clients.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll tax returns and other reports.
- Provide customer service to clients regarding payroll-related questions and concerns.
- Other administrative and customer service tasks.
