Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and coordinate landscaping crews on daily operations
- Manage on-site project workflow, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies on job sites
- Assist with material orders, inventory management, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in landscaping
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and construction practices
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions
