Hardscape Crew Leader
- Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of related experience running hardscape crew
- Experience running equipment, reading blueprints, and precise grading
- High School diploma/equivalency.
- Driver's License and clean driving record- NO EXCEPTIONS
- Must pass review by management and a 30-day probationary period.
· Job Duties:
o Experience in building brick paver patios, retaining walls, and drainage experience.
o Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, compact excavator, skid steer, loaders, and laser levels.
o Ensure proper safety, quality, and productivity
o Conduct inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
o Assist in other job-related duties including construction projects, shop, and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
o Comply with all company policies and regulations
o Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
· Pay and Benefits:
o $22 - $28 an hour depending on experience
o Simple IRA with 3% company match
o Vacation pay after 90 days
o Holiday pay
