Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily detailing operations for RVs, including washing, cleaning, buffing, and polishing to achieve pristine condition.
- Manage a team of detailers, providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
- Oversee the use of cleaning supplies, detailing equipment, and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work to guarantee vehicles meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Implement best practices for cleaning processes such as window tinting, interior detailing, and exterior buffing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Schedule and prioritize detailing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely vehicle turnaround and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in vehicle detailing, car wash operations, or janitorial/custodial roles with a focus on high-quality finishes.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning procedures.
- Ability to operate detailing equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members alike.
- Valid driving license with clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles or RVs is a plus.
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience that emphasizes attention to detail and thoroughness is highly desirable. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
