We’re looking for a motivated Service Coordinator & Payroll Clerk to join our Service Department. This position is dynamic and may evolve with business needs, offering the opportunity to support multiple areas within the company while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support, including inbound/outbound calls, customer service, and repair order processing.
- Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, repair orders, and approvals in ASPPIRA.
- Update and assist with job throughput in Salesforce for contract maintenance.
- Manage time entry, verification, WIP reporting, and efficiency reporting.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, events, new hire onboarding, and training renewals.
- Support advertising efforts, lot audits, and job board updates.
- Assist with payroll functions: time off requests, employee craft code updates, recap updates, and project manager coordination.
- Uphold safety culture and compliance with SPPI, OSHA, and customer regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with clean and efficient work habits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with billing and payment systems.
- Ability to sit, stand, lift to 50 lbs., and drive as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay based on administrative pay grade. From $20-30/hour
