Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the retail industry with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for inventory management, merchandising, and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, sales management software, and basic math for retail math calculations.

- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control to optimize store profitability.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, along with employee orientation practices.
