What You Will Do:
- Assist plumbers with sewer and water line installations and repairs
- Help with excavation, trenching, and job site preparation
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform digging, backfilling, and site cleanup
- Assist with underground plumbing installations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
- Support project plumbers and crew leaders as needed
- Construction, plumbing, or labor experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
