POSITION SUMMARY
Smith Personnel Solutions is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a busy manufacturing and production environment. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, attendance, and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment.
- Perform bottling, packaging, labeling, and general warehouse duties.
- Move and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Follow production and work instructions.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist production and warehouse teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
