Walk through shift on uneven ground and leafy rows with debris. Ensure that all Food Safety policies are followed to reduce the risk of any injury to either the employee or others. Report all safety problems, incidents and injuries to harvest foreperson immediately. Comply with all company policies. Stalk 25 lb. - 65 lbs. boxes from the conveyor to the pallets. Lift empty pallets weighing 45 lbs. Stack Boxes on each pallet. The Stack must be straight. Foreman will provide training and instruction on how to properly position the boxes onto the pallet.
