What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at SMITH ORTHODONTICS?
Duties:
Answering incoming phone calls
Scheduling patients
Entering patient contracts
Taking payments and posting to patient accounts
Collecting and maintaining current payment information
Rolling accounts monthly
Running all auto payments
Sending out monthly statements
Collecting all past due accounts receivable
Sending any past due accounts to collections
Following up on any declined payments
Must Have:
Attention to detail
Be able to multi-task
Consistent availability
Excellent Time management
Fast Learner
Great personality and positive attitude
Job Type:
Workday 8 hrs
Salary: $15.00 and up
