Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee beverages with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
- Handle food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and ensuring cleanliness in food service areas
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through regular cleaning routines
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering and processing cash transactions
- Support beverage and food service operations by serving drinks promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
