Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, ideal for someone with a background in construction who is confident working directly with homeowners.
Training is available, but candidates must have prior experience in the construction field.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior needs
- Climb ladders and perform basic roof measurements and inspections
- Provide estimates and explain product options
- Close sales and manage customer relationships
- Coordinate with production and office teams
- Represent Smith & Miller Roofing professionally in the field
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction (roofing, siding, or related field required)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Ability to measure roofs and exterior projects accurately
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
