- BSME, BSEE, or related (Master's a plus).
- 3-7 years of building-systems design; EIT required, PE or eligibility preferred.
- Fluency in Revit / AutoCAD and load or energy software.
- Curiosity, crisp communication, and the drive to own outcomes- not just tasks.
