Key Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:

To sub-assemble, and/or final assemble PD Meters, Valves, Accessories, and Orifice products through written or verbal instruction of Production Leader. Also tear down, evaluate and re-assemble components or products as required. This includes factory returns (RMA’s). Typical PD accessories may include but are not limited to: faucets, set stops, rb heads, air eliminators, swing joints, ME 50’s, packing glands.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsibilities 

• Follow written or verbal instruction.
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics.
• Read and follow procedures (GP’s, TD’s, PA’s, etc.).
• Responsible for the orderly operation and cleanliness of the area.
• Pull and move parts within the department.
• Put away parts and materials within the department.
• Cycle count as necessary.
• Provide training as required.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.

Education & Experience

• The ability to work together to accomplish the goals of the company. This includes the ability to communicate and cooperate for the purpose of maintaining production schedules, compliance with ISO standards, total quality of parts, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Rotation among processes and duties of this job description is a requirement in the department.

Key Interactions 

Internally: Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to meet requirements and timelines.

Work Environment:

Spends 95% of the time in a manufacturing/shop environment and 5% in an office environment. Will be exposed to possible hazards including working with high-pressure equipment, working in confined spaces, high noise, inclement weather, chemicals, pressure testing, heavy lift operations and shop/field traffic.
