We are looking for a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering various types of equipment or furniture, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Delivery Technician will be responsible for delivery/pickup, setup and educating customers on proper use of the equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Pickup/Deliver/Setup customer equipment/product.
- Educate customers on proper use of equipment/product.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and complete appropriate maintenance/safety records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Current state issued driver's license required.
- Physically able to lift and move medical equipment up to 60 lbs
- Physically able to move heavier medical equipment with aid of proper tools.
- Experience working in a delivery role a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
