PORT ENGINEER/RUNNER
· Must have the ability to do general vessel maintenance as required and trouble shoot mechanical breakdown.
· Must have past experience with welding and pipe fitting steel and aluminum
· Must have prior shipyard experience
· Must have the ability to handle all daily operations of company's boat dock/warehouse, supply orders, crew logistics for all crew changes.
· Knowledge of and past experience with diesel engines is REQUIRED
· Must have a valid TWIC card and valid driver's license. Candidate will be required to travel to and from vessels, often times out of state locations (east coast and gulf coast)
· Fulltime driver/runner for vessel crew changes & supply runs
· Must be on call 365-24/7
· Must be able to drive for long periods (runs to east coast and gulf coast)
· Must live locally
· Must have own transportation to and from company vehicle/company locations
· Must be able to pass random drug screens
· Must be able to pass pre-employment physical & hair follicle hair test
· May be subject to random alcohol testing
· CDL not required
