Lawn Care Specialist/Mowing Crew Member

We also specialize in landscaping, hardscaping, excavating, lawn applications, lawn installations, irrigation, and full snow management services. At Smith Lawnscapes, we care about our local community. We proudly offer our services to Dewitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Grand Ledge and the Greater Lansing Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mowing, weed wiping, debris removal
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
- Support snow removal operations during the winter months
Qualifications:
- Experience operating landscape or construction equipment preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- CDL or Chauffeur's License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
