Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case development
- Consult with clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance
- Manage case files ensuring timely progress and organization
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation sessions
- Analyze laws, rulings, and regulations to prepare case strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
- Proficient in legal research and legal writing
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
- Experience in client counseling and case management
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ethical judgment and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $75,000 - $165,000
