Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Help individuals and families choose insurance products that meet their needs.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Review existing policies and identify additional coverage opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Qualifications
- Missouri Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to become licensed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Desire to build a long-term career helping people protect what matters most.
