Job Title: Crew Leader 1
Department: Industrial
Reports to: Branch Manager and General Manager
Status: Non-Exempt
Purpose: Lead crews performing industrial hydroblasting services, vacuum hose operations, and truck operations safely and efficiently to complete jobs at the client’s site, following the client and business requirements and company policies, practices, and procedures. In addition, will operate and maintain equipment.
Essential Functions: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
o
Ability to lead employees effectively;
o
Assumes responsibility for the safe operation of all required equipment;
o
Completion of all tickets and paperwork efficiently and accurately, as needed, daily.
o
Wet and dry vacuum truck operation & functions;
o
Hydroblaster operations, including Lance/Shotgun operation;
o
Hydraulic pump operations;
o
Jetter truck operations;
o
Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies;
o
Performs manual tasks and assists Technicians and Operators;
o
Responsible for maintenance and care of vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
Marginal Functions: (Duties that are likely to be assigned to this person unless they prove unable to perform them after receiving training and/or accommodations that the company judges appropriate).

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: (these are required to enable job holders to perform the job’s essential functions).
Qualifications:
Specific Licenses: Valid State issued Commercial Driver’s License with a Tanker Endorsement/Class A or B, and DOT Health Card required.
Work conditions: Industrial setting, outside environment, exposure to extreme temperatures and elements possible; exposure to hazardous chemicals possible; extended periods of standing; climbing; ability to use handheld radio/phone
