Smith Gardens, the largest annual and perennial grower in the Pacific Northwest, has an exciting opportunity for seasonal merchandisers to join our team!
We are hiring to fill seasonal merchandising positions to work 16-35 hours a week in your local area big-box retail garden centers - Fairbanks, AK (hours may vary depending on store sales and ship volume).
This role keeps you active throughout the day and requires the ability to push and pull fully loaded rolling racks (approximately 50-150 lbs), operate pallet jacks (with your team) with shrubs and small trees (approximately 150 lbs), lift and carry plants, planters, and fixtures ranging from 5-50 lbs, build displays using blocks, boards, and pallets, and work comfortably outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay Rate: $17.40 to $18.90
