With locations in Council Bluffs, Logan, IA, and Papillion, NE, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and representing some of the top carriers in the nation.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

What You'll Do:

As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. Your mission is to create a welcoming and professional experience while providing critical administrative support to our team.

• Front Office Excellence: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Administrative Support: Assist the team with scheduling, document preparation, and general office organization.
• Coordination Mastery: Manage incoming calls, distribute mail, and ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally.
• Client Connection: Be a friendly and approachable resource for clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.

Since 1931 Smith Davis Insurance has been a full-service INDEPENDENT insurance agency serving the residents and business owners of Council Bluffs, Omaha and the surrounding communities of Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. Our agency provides Auto, Home, Business, Umbrella, Life and Health insurance coverage.
