What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Smith Concrete?
Yard Worker needed for a concrete batch plant. Duties include general yard maintenance, cleanup, assisting with loading/unloading materials, and supporting plant operations as needed. Work is outdoors and involves physical labor in all weather conditions. Experience with manufacturing, precast, or concrete is a plus. Experience and/or certification in heavy equipment operation (wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, etc.) is valued and may increase starting pay. Willing to train the right person; starting pay based on prior training, experience, and ability.
