What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping our company grow while providing excellent service to our customers. After completing training, you will:
- Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss their painting and coating needs
- Build relationships and provide expert guidance on our services and products
- Prepare estimates and proposals for interior painting, exterior painting, and floor coating projects
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
- Coordinate with our production team to ensure projects start smoothly
- Maintain strong relationships with clients even after the project is complete
- Track sales activity using our CRM and participate in weekly team meetings
You'll be the face of our company, helping customers feel confident about improving and protecting their properties.
