Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a General Contractor Superintendent. Responsibilities include managing daily construction operations, ensuring safety compliance, overseeing schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining high-quality construction standards. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise on-site.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Leadership skills, including experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and teams
- Expertise in Construction Management principles, safety regulations, and quality control practices
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients effectively
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software tools preferred
