What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stuffing position at Smith Brothers of Berne?
This position will report directly to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for stuffing and filling pillows and/or cushions with a focus on personal safety, the safety of others, and continuous improvement initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess desire and ambition to work safely and efficiently and report all work hazards immediately.
- Fill pillows/cushions with fiber in a timely manner.
- Check for hollow spots, empty corners, and lumpy bags.
- Ability to learn various machines.
- Possess a basic understanding of ticket system or ability to learn.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Attention to detail

- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
