Smith Brothers Tool Company established in 1981 manufactures a variety of tool fabrication solutions for the Space, Aerospace, and Defense Industries. We are a premier machining, weld fabrication, and tooling shop that provides in-house design, engineering, building, and certification capabilities. Design and tool fabrication includes assembly tools, lay-up tools, large and small checking tools, mill fixtures, and more. Some of our customers include Boeing, Bell Helicopter, GE Aviation, and Honda Aircraft Company. We are looking for the right person to join our team!
General Laborer
Shipping and Receiving
Will be working in a tooling company and some of the responsibilities are as follows:
Box Building for shipment of final products to customers.
- Painting
- Prepping tools for shipment.
- Floor housekeeping, as needed.
- Shipping and receiving of finished tools
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in a tool and die shop desired
- Must be able to follow directions
- Experience working in a Shipping / Receiving Department
- Good mechanical aptitude and good with math skills
- Good attitude is needed
- Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Be self-motivated and needs little supervision
- Good with hand tools
