Smith Bigman Brock is seeking a dedicated attorney with 3 or more years’ experience to join our insurance defense practice group. The ideal candidate will have first chair trial experience and a strong background in insurance defense. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar, in good standing
- 3 Years insurance defense law practice experience
- Strong working knowledge of Florida & Federal civil practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing and organizational skills
- Familiarity with case management software
