About the Firm
We are a growing, client-centered firm focused on probate and estate planning, with offices in Savannah and Marietta, GA. Our team of experienced legal professionals provides compassionate, thoughtful guidance to individuals and families during some of life’s most complex transitions. We are expanding to meet growing client demand and are seeking a skilled, values-driven Associate Estate Planning Attorney to lead this critical practice area. This position will be based in our Savannah office.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an associate attorney who is ready to step into a position and make a meaningful impact. As our Associate Estate Planning Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload involving wills and trusts. You will also collaborate with clients to design strategic estate plans and provide mentorship to junior legal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Estate Planning cases
- Handle estate administration, trust and will creation
- Review legal documents related to wills, trusts, and anything estate planning
- Provide high-level legal counsel and representation to a diverse client base
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure excellence in case management
- Mentor and supervise support staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning specifically will and trust creation
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and compassion
- Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Deep understanding of Georgia probate code and court procedures
- Experience working with or in a probate court and creation of wills and trusts
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern legal tools and cloud-based systems is a must
- Calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations
