Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson for a full-time, on-site position located in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will handle the entire sales process, from product presentations and test drives to negotiating sales and completing necessary paperwork. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and following up with customers to drive retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationships
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales and a commitment to achieving sales goals
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply to all positions
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
