We’re seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to help advance the firm’s use of artificial intelligence.

The AI Solutions Analyst is responsible for advancing the firm’s use of artificial intelligence to enhance legal service delivery, operational efficiency, and client experience. This role serves as an implementation layer supporting legal practitioners with effective and efficient AI use by designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions that support core workflows. The successful applicant will combine deep tactical understanding of the AI stack with strong execution skills and excellent client service skills to ensure the effective, efficient, and responsible user adoption of AI across the firm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions to support legal processes.
• Integrate AI tools with existing firm systems to ensure seamless and scalable adoption.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts and structured workflows to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and usability of AI tools in legal contexts.
• Create and maintain prompt libraries, playbooks, and best practices documentation for firmwide use.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, bias, and legal risk, ensuring compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and workflow improvement.
• Translate legal and business requirements into technical specifications and practical technology solutions.
• Lead pilot programs for new AI tools and solutions, gathering user feedback and refining implementations.
• Support vendor evaluation, product selection, and ongoing relationship management for AI and legal technology solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on enablement initiatives to drive effective AI adoption across attorneys and staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to users, promoting best practices and increasing proficiency with AI tools.
• Monitor emerging trends in legal AI and recommend new technologies, tools, and approaches to advance the firm’s innovation strategy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows and system performance to ensure reliability, security, and auditability.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in AI or a related role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of workflows and the ability to translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Familiarity with legal industry tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for improving legal service delivery through data.
