Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Basic knowledge of clinical research principles and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and infection control procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in clinical research or a related healthcare research environment.
- Certification in Clinical Research Nursing (CRN) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management software.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDA, IRB, and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of study participants according to protocol criteria.

- Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status throughout the study duration.
- Collect, record, and report clinical data accurately and timely in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
