REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Prior design firm or sales experience is preferred
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Illustrator
- Must be able to multitask and be willing to participate in completing the task at hand
- Must have problem-solving and leadership skills
- Must have professional writing and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Must possess the desire and comfort level to sell high-end, luxury items
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Propensity to learn multiple furniture lines and to use that knowledge base to help clients
- Assist clients, assessing their needs, guiding their product and finish selections
- Provide clients with the plans and product presentations in order to complete the sale
- Always keep the showroom neat and orderly
- Assist with maintaining samples and literature
- Work additional hours as necessary to accomplish the work
- Assist in tracking projects and following up on small details
- Promote the Corporation by attending professional functions outside of work
- Represent the Corporation through communication, personal appearance, and professional demeanor
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary commensurate with experience in the range of $48K – 68K
- Paid vacation and sick leave
