Responsibilities

- 6. Documents Patient Response To Interventions, Progress Toward Goal, And Patient/Family Education At Regular Intervals In Compliance With Policy.
- 7. Models Appropriate Behavior And Intervene In A Manner That Leads To More Adaptive Behavior And Therapeutically Manages The Melieu.
- 8. Demonstrates An Understanding Of Group Dynamics And Effectively Leads Community Meeting, Psychoeducational Treatment Groups, Transition Group, Orientation Group Patient Activity Groups And Wrap-Up.
- 9. Participates In Unit Cqi And Chart Qa.
- 10. Meets Performance Expectations For Customer Service, Teamwork, Resource Utilization, And Staff And Self Development As Outlined In Performance Review.
- 11. Performs Other Duties As Assigned Or Directed To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Department/Unit.
