Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong understanding of various dental procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. We prefer candidate to be there Full time position Monday to Thursday and 2 Saturday or Sunday a month We are open to part time position also

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualiz ed treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct a variety of dental procedures without any mentoring
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and best practices in the clinic.
• Utilize dental software for patient management and record keeping.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental terminology and practices relevant to general dentistry.
• Experience or training in oral surgery techniques.
• Knowledge of dental fabrication processes for prosthetic devices.
• Familiarity with infection control standards in a clinical setting.
• Competence in managing medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of dentistry.
