In this role, you will be a key part of our daily operations, helping our doctors deliver excellent care while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for each patient
- Work closely with the dentist to prepare for procedures
- Welcome patients, take vitals, review medical history, and explain next steps
- Assist during procedures to ensure smooth, efficient visits
- Take accurate digital x rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Prepare trays, materials, and lab cases for upcoming appointments
- Follow OSHA and office safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Texas RDA license (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, energetic, and able to stay focused under pressure
- Detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Computer proficient with the ability to learn new systems
- A true team player who cares about patients and coworkers

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
